Our Work

1. Integrated Fruits Farming Project

This project increases fruit production to improve nutrition, generate income, and support environmental protection.

  • 200 farmers supported with 2,000 fruit trees (currently bearing produce).

  • Farmers are trained in planting, caring, harvesting, and marketing fruits.

  • Organized beneficiary groups for collective marketing.

2. Agroforestry for Sustainable Bioenergy & Soil Fertility

This initiative integrates tree planting into family farms to provide bioenergy, improve soil fertility, and protect the environment.

  • 125 households planted 2,875 agroforestry trees.

  • Trees provide cooking fuel, reduce pressure on forests, and improve crop production.

3. Capacity Building & Training

INADEO equips farmers and communities with practical knowledge to improve their livelihoods:

  • 378 participants trained on compost making & Integrated Soil Fertility Management.

  • 120 participants trained on Sustainable Intensification & Conservation Agriculture (CA Plus).

  • Established 30 Producer Groups (PGs) across the country.

  • Nutrition trainings: 30 trainers (TOTs) taught on kitchen gardens, mushroom cultivation, and dietary diversity.

  • 200 participants trained on post-harvest handling, storage, and value chain development.
